At the main gripping area, edges were grooved to provide a mild shark cut and to allow the thrower to utilize the surface and edges to push the dart out, a 12 shaped dodecagonal polygon cut was applied. With the uneven gripping surface, this will provide for the right amount of grip to be able to throw the dart with minimal effort.

As for the spec, this model is heavier than the previous model by 1.5g at 19g. As Shiori Sato throws the dart without any take back, a short torpedo barrel was developed that will fly true to the swing of the arm.
